What Matters Most?

What gets you to write your city councilmember? What has most recently sent you to a meeting of a local government, school board, or planning commission?

Most affordable housing is killed at these meetings because of resident complaints about parking, traffic, school overcrowding, or the misperception that new rental housing decreases their property values.
